This is a solid olympic bench for a home gym. It offers three positions – flat, incline and decline, and comes with a leg developer. It’s not capable of handling super heavy weights, but the weight limit for the uprights is estimated at 300 Lbs. which should be enough for most users. The only disadvantege is the fact that the leg developer can only handle up to 100 Lbs. which can be a little to low for some people.
